Mortgage credit

 

Mortgage credit is the credit, which is given for buying property. This type of credit can be given for citizens of Turkmenistan, which have the monthly profits. 50% of customer's salary with after-tax charges is a main monthly repayment of credit. If customer can't repay the credit, the source of redemption will be bail's salary (the bail must be citizen of Turkmenistan).

According to the “National Program of President of Turkmenistan by improving the living conditions of settlement's, aul's, etrap center's and city's  population    by period till 2020” and other legal acts of Turkmenistan it was devised a new statement by mortgage credit. The property is bringing in mortgage (private house) after finishing construction works. Mortgage credit is given in terms of 30-years retention cycle, interest rate 1% per annum and first due at rate 10% of property's value.
